Value: View name, Annotation Name, X% Position, Y% Position

Example: View1, D2@Cut-Extrude1, 50, -10

This property will place the named annotation within (or about) the specified view at the location represented by the x & y percentage values. "0,0" would place the annotation at the lower left corner of the view. "100,0" would place the annotation at the lower right corner of the view. Percentage values less than zero will place the annotation below or left of the view. Percentage values greater than one hundred will place the annotation above or right of the view.

This property can be used to quickly place typical notes and dimensions on a drawing view, as both the x & y positions are set at once.
