Value: View Name, Sheet Border, Distance

Example: view2, Top, 0.25in

This property positions the specified border of the specified View at the specific distance from the (same) specified sheet border. The distance defaults to inch units, but may include a different unit specifier (mm, cm, etc). The sheet border may be “Top”, “Bottom”, “Left”, “Right”, “CenterH”, or “CenterV”. The distance may be negative to place the view off of the sheet.

This property is used to very simply place views on a sheet. If you always want an ISO view (lets say it is named "View4") in the upper right hand corner, you could specify a value of "View4, right, 0.125in, view4, top, 0.125in"
